Rich Chocolate Chunk Mug Cake

This is the second mug cake recipe I’ve posted, and as I mentioned before, the point of cake is to be a wonderful delicious treat, so mug cake should be just as good as oven baked cake. This mug cake might be kind of a problem though. It’s really good, and really easy to make. It’s hard for me to resist making it every night.  Is that a problem? I don’t know, you decide.

Instead of frosting, this recipe calls to top with pieces of a chocolate candy bar.  I like to use Hershey’s dark chocolate bar pieces.  Dark chocolate works well because It’s not too sweet – just rich and decadent. I break up two squares from a king size bar.
