If you’ve never tried grilling your burritos before, I highly recommend it because it only takes a minute extra and results in a nice crispy burrito pocket that tastes great even if you use inexpensive tortillas. It also sort of fuses together so that your burrito filling stays put.
If your tortilla shells are on the dry side, just wet and wring out some paper towels, then wrap the tortillas in them and microwave for 30 seconds. This keeps the shells from ripping due to being too brittle when you fold them.
