Here is a recipe for a tasty appetizer or snack that is super simple to make–no cooking, just throw everything into a food processor and you’re done! I just love the combination of feta cheese and lemon. Also it’s packed full of protein thanks to the cannellini beans.
I used dried sage due to the lack of fresh herbs currently available but feel free to replace the dried sage with 4-5 fresh leaves if you have them!

Feta Parmesan Bean Dip

- 1 can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
